Welcome to the pack! We’re thrilled to have you and your pup join the Western Wag family. Here’s how to get started:

1. Create a Profile: Sign up on Acuity, our booking platform. Be sure to include your pup’s name and any important details about your furry friend in the notes section.

2. Submit Vaccine Records: Email your pup’s updated vaccine records to molly@westernwag.com.

3. Complete the Waiver: Fill out our waiver to make sure everything is squared away before your first visit.

4. Schedule Evaluation Day: Book a fun evaluation day so your pup can meet our team and make new furry friends!

We can’t wait to meet you and your tail-wagging companion! 🐾

For daycare and boarding services, we require the following vaccines: Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Lepto, K9 Influenza, and Bordetella. We also ask for a recent fecal test, updated every six months.

We love welcoming new pups into the Western Wag family! However, if your dog was recently adopted, please reach out to molly@westernwag.com before booking daycare or boarding.

Every dog adjusts at their own pace, and we want to make sure your new family member feels safe, supported, and ready to join the pack. Our team will schedule an individual evaluation to determine the best fit and ensure a positive experience for everyone.

For the safety and wellbeing of all pups in our care, we welcome dogs starting at 24 weeks (about 6 months) of age. This ensures your pup has completed key vaccinations and is ready to play safely with friends!

To ensure your pup feels comfortable and fully part of the pack, we require a minimum attendance of once per week for daycare. This helps your dog build confidence, bond with their playmates, and feel right at home every visit! 🐾

Boarding at Western Wag is an exclusive service for our daycare clients. If you’d like to board with us, your pup must first join our daycare pack. Simply purchase a daycare package or drop-in session to get started—we’ll take care of the rest! 🐾

Grooming services are exclusively available to our daycare clients. To book a grooming session, your pup must be enrolled in daycare with an active package. Grooming takes place during daycare hours, ensuring your dog gets pampered while enjoying their day of play! 🐾

Absolutely! Every pup gets an exit bath after their boarding stay to ensure they head home fresh and clean. Plus, you can add on services like a nail trim, blow-dry, or deshed to have your furry friend looking and feeling their absolute best. After all, being a dog can be a messy business, but we’ll have them polished and ready for home in no time! 🐾
